Return and Exchange Policy
(Domestic & International)
If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The package must arrive at our studio within this period for the return or exchange to be considered valid. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage, including original packaging such as pouches and boxes.
Returns Accepted:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below for a hassle-free return.
1. Initiating a Return:
- Log in to your Luck Strings account.
- Navigate to the Order History section.
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
2. Packaging Your Return:
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
3. Shipping Your Return:
- Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Cord Bracelets & Custom Jewelry: Due to hygiene reasons, cord bracelets, as well as custom-made jewelry and sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned. We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have before purchasing a sale item or custom jewelry.
- Custom Products Tailored to Size: If custom products tailored to size need to be exchanged due to an error in sizing, a 20% charge of the item’s value will apply, as we will need to recreate the piece.
No Returns Policy:
If a product is marked as non-returnable or falls under a specific category that does not allow returns, this information will be clearly stated on the product page.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a $20 processing and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and exchanges. Please ensure that your package is insured for the full value of the merchandise, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Thank you for understanding and for shopping with us!

International Returns & Exchanges:
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a $25 processing and handling fee applies to all international returns and exchanges. Please contact us directly to initiate a return or exchange.

Shipping Responsibility:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages, and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please ensure your package is insured for its full value and shipped using a tracked method.
Customs and Duties (International Orders):
Duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are determined by the customs agency within your destination country. Payment of these duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at the time of delivery. If customs fees are refused, the cost will be deducted from any refund. We do not cover customs fees.
